Is there a display suite?

We have a display suite set up on-site at Nevertire Street, Lawson (note, the display suite has now been moved from Wanderlight Street). Here you can view all inclusions, selection boards, a scale model of the development and have your questions answered by our sales team. Open Saturday & Sunday 1pm to 3pm, or by appointment. How do I purchase a home at Gateway?

What is the deposit required?

$1000 deposit required when signing the contract. The remainder of the 5% deposit is required within 21 days. Please note no other money is required until completion. Here is a link to the “How to Purchase” page of the Gateway Lawson website which describes the sale process and provides you with an online form to fill out to purchase a home.


Do you need help with your deposit?

We have payment plans available. Contact Steve Laughton for more information.


Is ACT stamp duty tax deductible for investment properties?

Will deposit bonds or bank guarantees be accepted?

Yes, for 10% of purchase price.


Are quality carpet, tiles and landscaping included?

Yes.


Are all windows and sliding doors double glazed?

Yes. Refer to EER.


Can we make changes to the inclusions and colour boards?

Possibly, at the discretion of the builder/developer.


Is the National Broadband Network available?

Yes.


Will the gymnasium and landscaped barbecue area be available for use by all residents?

Yes.


Gateway Lawson has low body corporate fees

When will Gateway be completed?

Construction at Gateway is due to be completed in approximately mid August 2017, and settlement at this stage is expected to be approximately mid October 2017.

Gungahlin Town Centre Project 1

Gribble Street, Gungahlin Town Centre

POD Projects Group are currently working on the design of an upmarket, mixed use development for the Gungahlin Town Centre, to be released mid 2017. There will be a mix of ground floor commercial space (1375m2) and 169 one, two, three and four bedroom plus penthouse apartments. There will be ample on-site car parking with most apartments to have two car parking spaces. Residents will enjoy first class resort style facilities such as a roof top swimming pool and multiple landscaped, alfresco barbecue and entertaining areas. Coombs Molonglo Valley

Here at POD Projects Group we are busy working on the design and approval of our next project, a boutique townhouse development in the popular suburb of Coombs. Situated in a prime location within Coombs, this development will feature high quality and carefully crafted 2,3 and 4 bedroom townhouses. We are planning to release this exciting opportunity in the second half of 2017. This will be our seventh development in the beautiful Molonglo Valley, all of which sold out before completion. Our most recent development, Waterfront Coombs, was a winner of multiple HIA awards in 2016.

Denman Prospect Molonglo Valley

POD Projects Group has secured arguably Denman Prospect’s best block. The location is superb, surrounded by parkland and boasting sweeping views across the Molonglo Valley. We are just in the early stages of design for this high quality apartment complex, however we can reveal that it will have approximately 100 properties that will be a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
